Genealogy for all with Jennifer Zinck: Getting Started with Genealogy In-Person
From antique heirlooms to cutting-edge science, there is something for everyone who is interested in family history. Have fun learning about records and places that provide clues to your ancestors, the easiest way to find those resources, and what to do once you have found them. Grow your family tree through a variety of online resources that will be introduced. This series is designed for both beginner and intermediate experience levels. Please feel free to attend one or all sessions. If you have a question in mind, bring it along!

Speaker Bio:
Jennifer Zinck, Certified Genealogist® is a genealogical researcher, speaker, and educator with a passion for learning and applying genealogy standards to help reclaim lost and forgotten stories of our ancestors. Jennifer earned her credential from the Board for Certification of Genealogists in 2021. She serves as the President of the Connecticut Professional Genealogists Council and as a member of the Board of Governors of the Connecticut Society of Genealogists. Jennifer is a member of the faculty of the Boston University Center for Professional Education Genealogy Studies Program. You can find more about Jennifer Zinck on her website.
