Prof. Igor Khokhlov is an Assistant Professor of Cybersecurity at the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. He received his Ph.D. in Computing and Information Sciences in 2020. Before joining Sacred Heart University, Dr. Khokhlov worked on a project sponsored by the Department of Homeland Security as a Postdoctoral Researcher. His current research focuses on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) applications for cybersecurity, vulnerabilities in AI/ML algorithms, and securing mobile devices, such as smartphones. Before starting his academic career, Dr. Khokhlov was employed as a software developer and project leader in the software development industry.
