Rails to Back Trails: Trumbull Bike Tour In-Person
Local Trumbull Historian Sue Del Bianco will take cyclists back in time to when train was king in the Trumbull Valley. Sue will be stopping off at many historical points-of-interest along the rail-trail: a cow tunnel, site of a train wreck, remains of an amusement park, a mill, a mining company, two train stations, and a reputed witch's gravesite.
Please meet at Tait Rd. Commuter Parking Lot in Trumbull, CT. If you are local we encourage you to bike to the meeting location as parking can become an issue.
