Introduction to Your College Application Essay In-Person
Jason Howard is a CT certified teacher and tutor offering students and parents a free, detailed, interactive, "how-to" discussion of the five steps to a winning college essay: research, planning, brainstorming, writing and revising. The presentation is 45 minutes long followed by a 15-minute Q&A. During the presentation, students are encouraged to begin drafting their own essay.
This program is open to all high school students: whether you are current seniors ready to submit applications or freshmen just looking for tips for the future.
Registration is requested for email reminders, but is not required.
