Story and Stone: Read, Imagine, Paint! (Ages 4-8) In-Person
Join us for a special story-time and art adventure designed for children 4 to 8! We'll begin by reading our StoryWalk title Chooch Helped by Andrea L. Rogers together, then bring the story to life by painting rocks inspired by the characters, setting, or themes we just explored. This fun, hands-on activity encourages creativity, connection, and a love of reading. After the rocks are dry, we will place them along the StoryWalk. *All participants will be entered into a raffle to win a copy of the book.
This program is a collaboration with Trumbull Community Women.
All materials provided - just bring your imagination (and a smock if you have one to protect the clothes.)
Registration is required. Please register youth attendees only.
While this program is for children only, it is the library’s policy that no child under age 12 can be left alone in the library, so we ask that an adult remain in the building.
