The Pennsylvania Station in New York City, From Corporate Jewel to Corporate Vandalism will cover the concept, planning and building of the station, its six tunnels under the Hudson and East Rivers and the Hell Gate Bridge. It will also cover the untimely demolition of this structure, what replaced it in the 1960s and the new Moynihan Train Hall.

About the presenter: Rick Abramson who has always had an interest in trains, both real and HO Scale since childhood began his railroad career in 1968 on the New Haven Railroad in Devon, CT. Having stayed on after the New Haven's takeover by Penn Central in January, 1969, he went to Amtrak in 1973 where he worked in Penn Station, NY until 1987 when he entered engine service. Subsequent to Amtrak, he worked for several short line railroads having retired after 44 years in the industry in September, 2012 as Superintendent of Operations for the Housatonic RR in Canaan, CT.
