Knit Toy with the Stitching Coach

Knit Toy with the Stitching Coach In-Person

Learn to knit an adorable Jackalope and a new technique for knitting legs two-at-a-time. Once you learn to make your mythical plush pal, patrons will be ready to cast on socks, mittens and sleeves two-at-a-time. Participants should know how to cast on, bind off and knit. In class you will conquer decreases and increases with the help of Bristol instructor, Dawn Zillich - The Stitching Coach. Adventurous beginners to knitting experts will find this class fun.

Materials needed for this project:

  • US5 circular or double pointed needles
  • Bent tip darning needles
  • Scissors
  • Fiber-fil doll stuffing
